Mistakes

MistakesYou can recover from the mistakes in your life. As you grow and learn, you’ll discover a long list of things that don’t work. There’s nothing wrong with them. Failures are part of the growth process. People often feel foolish making mistakes and give up after a few tries. Never give up on yourself. Often the road to success is longer than we envision.

If you’re truly dedicated to your idea, you’ll discover many ways not doing something. Failures are what you wade through on your way to success. When I was skiing to the South Pole, I never thought my shovel would break. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong tool. After repairing it, I pushed on to set a world record. You might be able to benefit from your mistakes or even use them to help others.

“If you’re not making mistakes, then you’re not doing anything. I’m positive that a doer makes mistakes.”John Wooden.
