When you think about what you are doing with your life, you have a choice. You can either continue what you’re doing and end up with the same results. Or, you can start doing the things you could do, the ones you talk about, and make a drastic change with your life. The amazing thing is that once you start changing could to did, you discover more in you that you never realized before. Taking action expands your potential.
Expanding your potential is an ongoing process. One day the change doesn’t just appear out of the blue. It’s a process you have to go through. When I first started backpacking in the California Sierras, I thought I could only hike ten miles because that’s all I knew. Then I tried a fifteen mile weekend. It was tough but I succeeded. Now I can hike the Teton Crest Trail, 45 miles, in a single day. It took years to reach this point. Stay positive with your life goals. Some may take years to reach but the payoff is worth it.
